Aerobic Gymnastics Camp

The Uganda Gymnastics Federation will host a National Aerobic Gymnastics Training Camp. This intensive camp will introduce athletes and trainers to the discipline of aerobic gymnastics, covering choreography, conditioning, and routine structuring.

Trainers from both Uganda and the Russian Federation will guide athletes through the fundamentals and performance techniques.

This is a critical step in Uganda’s plan to compete in aerobic gymnastics events at the continental and global levels.
