Join Us for the Friendly Gymnastics Meet

We are thrilled to invite you to the upcoming Friendly Gymnastics Meet, hosted by the Mustafa Gymnastics Academy and TNGS Gymnastics Club! Come witness talented young athletes showcase their hard work and dedication in an exciting day of competition.

Event Details

• * Date: 16 May 2026
• * Time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• * Venue: The North Green School, Ntinda, Kampala (near Shell Ntinda)

Competition Highlights

This meet will feature both Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) following the USAG 2021-2029 Development and Compulsory programs for Levels 1, 2, and 3.

•  * WAG Events: Uneven Bars, Beam Balance, Vault, and Floor Exercise.
•  * MAG Events: Pommel Horse, Horizontal Bar, Parallel Bars, Vault, Rings, and Floor Exercise.

Registration & Participation

•  * Fee: UGX 45,000 per gymnast, which includes entry, a certificate, and a medal.
•  * Registration Details: To confirm participation, please contact Coach Mustafa with the gymnast’s full name, date of birth, and club/school name via email at mustafagymnastics@gmail.com.
•  * Payment: Payments should be made via Mobile Money to +256 774 267 508 (Yiga Mustafa), using the gymnast’s name as the reference.
