UGF Athletes learn from Athlete 365|Career+ Workshops

On 9 – 10 September 2025, Uganda Gymnastics Federation (UGF) participated in its first online Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) judging course, hosted by the African Union of Gymnastics (UAG).
Rakib Abdul Fedha, Uganda’s rising parkour sensation, made history by clinching the gold medal in the speed category at the Bosphorus Parkour Cup in Istanbul, Türkiye, becoming the first Ugandan ever to do so.
On the 30th and 31st of August 2025, the Uganda Gymnastics Federation was proud to participate in an online judging course in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics [MAG] for Africa. We had a total of 23 Ugandan coaches, Physical Education teachers and Athletics trainers in attendance.
