Aerobic Gymnastics Camp

The Uganda Gymnastics Federation will host a National Aerobic Gymnastics Training Camp during the first week of December 2025. This intensive camp will introduce athletes to the discipline of aerobic gymnastics, covering choreography, conditioning, and routine structuring.
Trainers from both Uganda and partner federations abroad will guide athletes through the fundamentals and performance techniques. This is a critical step in Uganda’s plan to compete in aerobic gymnastics events at the continental and global levels.
