​New year, new skills! The Uganda Gymnastics Federation is bringing the energy to Eastern Uganda with a flagship Gym for All (GfA) Training at Mbale SS from 5th to 9th January 2026.

​We believe gymnastics belongs to everyone—not just olympic athletes. Whether you are a PE teacher looking to spice up your lessons or a sports enthusiast wanting to become a coach, this is your starting line.
