Our youth development initiative includes beginner-friendly classes, skill-based age-group training, and talent identification programs for promising athletes. For athletes ready to take their skills to the next level, our competitive pathways provide clear routes from local competitions to national and regional championships. These structured opportunities allow gymnasts to test their abilities, gain experience, and work towards representing Uganda at international stages. Our competition calendar ensures athletes stay challenged, motivated, and prepared for every milestone in their journey.
Our camps and clinics offer specialized, short-term training experiences for athletes seeking focused skill development. Led by expert coaches, these sessions cover techniques, conditioning, and performance readiness in an intensive yet supportive environment. Camps are also an excellent platform for networking, team bonding, and exposure to advanced gymnastics methods

OUR DISCIPLINES

Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG)
Men’s Artistic Gymnastics showcases power, precision, and discipline. Male athletes perform on six apparatuses — floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. Each routine is a combination of strength, flexibility, and perfect timing, pushing physical limits while demonstrating technical mastery.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)
WAG is one of the most recognized disciplines in the sport. Female gymnasts compete on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor, blending elegance, strength, and control. It’s a beautiful display of choreography, skill, and athletic confidence.

Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics combines elements of ballet, dance, and apparatus handling — using ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs. Athletes perform on a floor area, creating expressive routines that emphasize grace, flexibility, and coordination with music.

Parkour Gymnastics
Inspired by street movement, Parkour Gymnastics trains athletes to move efficiently over obstacles using running, climbing, swinging, and vaulting. It focuses on creativity, agility, and spatial awareness — offering a unique blend of freedom and physical skill.

Gymnastics for All
A non-competitive, inclusive discipline focused on fun, fitness, and community. It’s open to everyone — regardless of age, ability, or background. Activities promote teamwork, creativity, and lifelong movement through group displays and performances.

Rope Skipping
This is more than just jumping rope. Rope Skipping is a fast-paced, rhythmic sport that blends footwork, acrobatics, and coordination. It can be done solo, in pairs, or teams — with routines choreographed to music, offering fun and fitness in one.

Trampoline Gymnastics
This high-adrenaline discipline features flips, twists, and aerial skills performed on a trampoline. Gymnasts display remarkable body control and height as they execute synchronized, gravity-defying routines. It’s thrilling to watch and even more exciting to try.

Acrobatic Gymnastics
Performed in pairs or groups, Acrobatic Gymnastics relies on trust, balance, and teamwork. Athletes execute dynamic throws, pyramids, and balances choreographed to music. It's a powerful and artistic sport that requires excellent timing and coordination.

Aerobic Gymnastics
Known for its intensity and energy, Aerobic Gymnastics features fast-paced, continuous movement with high jumps, kicks, and strength elements. Routines are set to music and highlight stamina, rhythm, and expression — suitable for individuals, pairs, or groups.
