ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
The Uganda Gymnastics Federation is steered by a dedicated Executive Committee, ensuring effective leadership, strategic development, and smooth coordination across all levels of the sport. From national representation to grassroots support, each role plays a vital part in advancing gymnastics in Uganda.
Provides strategic leadership and overall direction for the federation, represents Uganda in international gymnastics forums, and oversees the implementation of key initiatives to advance the sport nationwide.
Support the President in managing federation affairs, oversee specific portfolios (e.g., development, competitions, education), and ensure smooth coordination between departments and stakeholders.
Handles the federation's administrative functions, manages official correspondence, coordinates meetings, maintains records, and ensures compliance with governance policies and international standards.
Manages the federation’s finances, prepares budgets and financial reports, oversees funding and sponsorship activities, and ensures transparent and accountable financial practices.
Lead the development and technical advancement of their respective gymnastics disciplines (e.g., Artistic, Rhythmic, Trampoline), oversee coaching standards, judge certifications, and competition regulations.
Act as liaisons between the federation and local clubs, associations, and communities, ensuring grassroots development, organizing regional events, and addressing region-specific needs.
